For all purchases that include items eligible for return and were made on or after Monday, 17th February 2020, returns will be accepted indefinitely for your safety and convenience. Once the current health crisis eases and our stores reopen, we will post updated information on how our return policy will apply for these impacted orders. How To Return

- Affix the postage provided and drop at any authorized FedEx location.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment, minus an $8 return shipping fee. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Complete a return according to the steps above.
- Place a new order online for a replacement item.

Online Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be accepted at our discretion for an online E-Gift Certificate (store credit), based on the current selling price. For your convenience, items purchased from RebeccaTaylor.com may also be returned to any of our Rebecca Taylor boutiques when accompanied by the original receipt.
We regret that merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please call Customer Service at (888) 485-6738, and we will gladly help you with a replacement. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
International Return Policy
For international returns, customers must contact Global-E and follow instructions via FAQs
Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous United States, will be charged for shipping.
Store Return Policy
Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for an exchange or refund. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund when accompanied by the original receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in saleable condition. Items marked down 60% or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We will honor a one-time price adjustment for all full price purchases within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the same form used for payment except for cash or travelers checks, which will be made in the form a mailed check or store gift card. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. Swimwear may be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with protective hygiene strip and original tags attached. All sale swimwear will be final sale.
Recollect Return Policy
If you chose to return your ReCollect items, we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
Please note that returns of ReCollect items cannot be sent back with collection items as they come from separate warehouses, and cannot be returned to any of our stores. To return a ReCollect item, please ship back your items using your carrier of choice along with the packing slip included in your order. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges — we suggest adding tracking with your method of shipping.
