Delete Your Account

You can delete your Rebecca Taylor account and the personal information associated with it at any time.

Delete your account in the app
1. Open the Rebecca Taylor app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm with the one-time code we send to your email.

Request deletion without the app
Email cs@rebeccataylor.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

What is deleted
Your account and the personal information associated with it, including your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses, are deleted. After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in with this account.

What we may keep
We may keep certain information, such as order records, where we are required to by law or for legitimate business purposes such as tax, accounting and fraud prevention. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
