Return Policy

We accept returns on all full-price items within 14 days of the delivery of purchase for unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in original packaging, in saleable condition, and have a Return Authorization for merchandise purchased on this website. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. In our sole discretion, if we determine that your return does not meet these criteria, the return will be rejected and we will notify you by email.

While we do not offer exchanges, instead you can place a second order for the right size or color and once we receive your return, we'll process a refund to your account.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund. International purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.All purchases made in-store are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If the product you received was damaged or we shipped the incorrect size of color, then please email us at cs@rebeccataylor.com so that we can make it right.

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund.
