Pre-Ordered Items

When a single order results in multiple shipments due to pre-ordered items there will be no additional shipping charges only if the order is shipping ground within the contiguous United States. Any expedited shipments, or international shipments, will incur additional shipping charges for each shipment made.

Duty and Taxes - The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Shipping - Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. Not including Customs processing or holds.

Refusals - If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund.

APO, DPO and FPO Addresses

  • All packages sent via SmartPost, FedEx to USPS
  • Order will usually arrive within 5 7 business days (for in-stock items only, delivery times vary depending on the ultimate destination)

Multiple Delivery Addresses on One Order

  • When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Delivery to all U.S. and International P.O. Boxes is not currently available. (Some exceptions apply to international destinations.)

Price Adjustment Policy

If you purchase a full priced item from RebeccaTaylor.com, and it goes on sale for a lower price within 7 calendar days following the date of your original purchase, you may receive a one-time online store credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the lower sale price of this item. To request the on-line store credit, you must contact Customer Service at 888-485-6738 within 7 calendar days from the date of your original purchase and provide your order number.

  • The Price Adjustment is only applicable for items purchased on RebeccaTaylor.com and will only be offered in the form of online store credit on this website.
  • In the event you receive a Price Adjustment on an item and later return the item in accordance with the Return Policy on this website, the amount of your refund will be calculated on the original purchase price less the Price Adjustment, and excludes shipping and handling charges.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

Store Return Policy

Holiday Store Return Policy

Effective Tuesday, November 25th thru Thursday, January 15th. Items with an original receipt may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit or may be returned for the original form of payment. Items with a gift receipt may be exchanged for different merchandise or returned for store credit at the purchase price coded on the gift receipt. Items without an original receipt or gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit at the current selling price. All other guidelines outlined in our standard return policy apply.

Standard Store Return Policy

Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for an exchange or refund. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund when accompanied by the original receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in saleable condition. Items marked down 60% or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We will honor a one-time price adjustment for all full price purchases within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the same form used for payment except for cash or travelers checks, which will be made in the form a mailed check or store gift card. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. Any merchandise purchased in an outlet store can be returned or exchanged at an outlet store location. We reserve the right limited quantities purchased.

Standard Online Return Policy

Holiday Online Return & Exchange Policy

We will be extending our normal return policy for the holidays. Purchases made from November 10th, 2014 through December 12th, 2014 can be returned or exchanged until January 12th, 2015. Purchases made after December 12th, 2014 are subject to our normal 30-day return policy. As with our normal return policy, merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

The following policy will be in effect beginning December 13, 2012.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for an exchange or refund. The following guidelines apply:

  • All returns MUST have been purchased from RebeccaTaylor.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging with original hang tags attached. For your convenience, items purchased from RebeccaTaylor.com may also be returned to any of our Rebecca Taylor boutiques (see locations) when accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Returns made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
  • Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit based on the current selling price.

International Return Policy

For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous United States, will be charged for shipping.

Taxes

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to Arizona, California, Georgia, and New York.

No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates.

Important sales/use tax information for Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Vermont customers.

We are not required to and do not collect Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and/or Vermont sales or use tax. Your purchase may be subject to Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and/or Vermont use tax unless the purchase is exempt. A purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Oklahoma, the South Dakota Department of Revenue, and the Vermont Department of Taxes require purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under state law. The tax may be reported and paid on the individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. These forms and corresponding instructions may be found on the websites for the four tax authorities listed above.
