Ground Shipping
- Available in the continental United States
- Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
- Orders originate in California and will typically arrive in 1 – 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)
2-Day Express
- Available in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
- Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
- Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern will arrive within 2 business days for delivery within the continental United States
- Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern will arrive within 3 business days for delivery within the continental United States
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories will take additional time
- Signature Required delivery options for 2-Day Express can be selected during the checkout process
Overnight
- Available in the continental United States
- Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
- Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern will arrive within the next business day
- Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern will arrive within two business days
- Signature Required delivery options for Overnight can be selected during the checkout process
Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be charged based on the items included in each shipment. The total shipping and handling will remain the same - you will not be charged more than the total.

Duty and Taxes - The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.
Shipping - Please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery.
Refusals - If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund.
APO, DPO and FPO Addresses
- All packages sent via United States Postal Services
- Order will usually arrive within 5 – 7 business days (for in-stock items only)
Multiple Delivery Addresses on One Order
- When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.
Delivery to all U.S. and International P.O. Boxes is not currently available.
Price Adjustment Policy
If you purchase an item from RebeccaTaylor.com, and it goes on sale for a lower price within 14 calendar days following the date of your original purchase, you may receive a one-time online store credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the lower sale price of this item. To request the on-line store credit, you must contact Customer Service at 888-485-6738 within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase and provide your order number.
- The Price Adjustment is only applicable for items purchased on RebeccaTaylor.com and will only be offered in the form of online store credit on this website.
- Items purchased with a promotional discount, or on sale are not eligible for a Price Adjustment.
- In the event you receive a Price Adjustment on an item and later return the item in accordance with the Return Policy on this website, the amount of your refund will be calculated on the original purchase price less the Price Adjustment, and excludes shipping and handling charges.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
Store Return Policy
Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for an exchange or refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in salable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will only be accepted at our discretion for a store gift card based on the current selling price. Sale merchandise can only be exchanged or returned for store gift card only, excluding merchandise purchased in outlet stores. Due to company policy, swimwear, underwear and intimates, jewelry, and special order items are final sale.
Your original receipt and original form of payment must accompany your return. We will honor a onetime price adjustment for all full price purchases within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Adjustments will not be given on sale merchandise or promotional purchases. Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment, except for refunds and adjustments for transactions with cash, checks or traveler’s checks, which will be made in the form of a mailed check or store gift card, depending upon your preference. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. Items with gift receipts are eligible for exchange or refund to store gift card only.
Unfortunately, merchandise purchased from our website may not be returned to our retail stores at this time. Any merchandise purchased in an outlet store can only be returned or exchanged at an outlet store location. Outlet merchandise is not accepted for return in the full price retail stores. Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
Standard On-Line Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for an exchange or refund. The following guidelines apply:
- All returns MUST be purchased from RebeccaTaylor.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging with original hang tags attached.
- Returns made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
- Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit based on the current selling price.
- Due to company policy, swimwear, underwear, intimates, jewelry, special order items, and merchandise marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Refunds will not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has shipped.
- If you have received an item from Rebecca Taylor as a gift, you can return it in exchange for an online store credit for the current selling price. Please contact Customer Service at 888-485-6738 or by emailing customerservice@rebeccataylor.com
- If the purchase was made with an online store credit, the return will be issued as an online store credit.
- A pre-printed return label is enclosed with the original shipment. To return product, cover the original shipping label with the enclosed return label and complete the sender information section. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges via the courier of their choice. When returning items, please obtain a copy of the package's tracking number. Returns must include the customer order number and billing name. Return packages are to be shipped back via the return instructions listed on the RMA.
- If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please call customer service at 888-485-6738 to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item. There will be no charge for shipping on damaged or replacement orders.
- If you no longer have a copy of your invoice and wish to obtain one, please request one by calling customer service at 888-485-6738 or by emailing customerservice@rebeccataylor.com
- We are currently unable to process online returns at the Rebecca Taylor retail stores.
Taxes
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to California and New York state.
No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates.
