We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be absolutely happy with your Rebecca Taylor purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our guidelines below, or contact us for help with a return or exchange.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

For gifts purchased on or after November 25, 2016 through December 25, 2016, we gladly accept exchanges or returns for a full refund, through January 15, 2017.

NEW! EASY RETURNS:

Enjoy Easy Returns within the U.S. We’ll include a pre-paid shipping label with your purchase, for your convenience.

  1. Use the pre-paid Fed Ex label, attached (be sure to add your return address).
  2. Drop at any authorized Federal Express location.
  3. We’ll deduct an $8 return shipping fee from your refund. If you prefer to use your own carrier, use the label on your invoice and affix the proper postage.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If need to make a return or exchange, we'd be happy to help:
Returns must be made within 30 days with your original invoice or receipt, and must be new and unworn, unwashed, and in the original saleable condition with tags attached. Swimwear must also have protective strip still in place.

We will credit your original form of payment, unless cash or traveler's checks were used- for these, we will issue a check or gift card by mail (please allow 14 days for processing). We regret that items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns.

For your convenience, we do accept returns from your online purchases in our stores. Please be sure to bring your original invoice with you.
